Vaksinasi dan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) merupakan 2 unsur yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah pasien terkonfirmasi positif covid-19. Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) mengklaim bahwa penurunan kasus harian covid-19 di Indonesia dalam beberapa  hari terakhir terjadi lantaran dampak dari gencarnya vaksinasi dan penerapan PPKM level 2-4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Direktur Pencegahan Pengendalian Penyakit Menular Langsung (P2PML) Kemenkes Siti Nadia Tarmizi menambahkan, vaksinasi covid-19 berdampak pada penurunan kasus. Ia menyebut, sedari awal vaksinasi memang bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian, serta diharapkan dapat menekan laju penularan covid-19 di Tanah Air. Ia menyebut, kebijakan pemerintah itu dinamis mengikuti perkembangan situasi Covid-19 setiap daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pada 14 Juli lalu, terjadi penambahan harian sebanyak 25.598 kasus. 15 Juli, penambahan kasus menurun menjadi 20.813 kasus. Kemudian pada 16 Juli kembali berkurang menjadi 17.384 kasus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Kita patut bersyukur pada 17 Juli terlihat kembali mengalami kenaikan namun masih pada rentang 20.741 kasus. Lalu, pada 18 Juli turun menjadi 15.768 kasus, namun pada 19 Juli kembali naik menjadi 22.053 kasus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Senada dengan Nadia, Wiku juga belum bisa memberikan kepastian kapan relaksasi PPKM akan dilakukan. Ia mengatakan pemerintah akan terus memantau kondisi yang ada di lapangan untuk menentukan sebuah kebijakan pembatasan mobilitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Indikator penilaian penanganan covid-19 daerah dinilai dari aspek penambahan kasus, kesembuhan dan kematian covid-19 mingguan.
